After years of working with rescue dogs, I got bit by the sports bug. So I got a schutzhund puppy. I guess we'll see how it goes.

Happy New Year!
I actually have plans tonight. Shocking. But I did get a new camera lens yesterday so expect new pics of Vivre as I play with it. I loaded one of the new ones up on flickr, but I haven't tweaked any of them yet so the others will have to wait.

So what new lens did you get?

The Tamron 70-200 f2.8. I was going to get the Sigma because the auto focus is so much faster, but the image quality of the Tamron is supposed to be better.
The Tamron auto focus is very slow, but it works for taking shots of the wolves and pictures of Vivre where I don't have to catch a specific moment. But the great thing about digital is you can take all the shots you need to to get the shot you are looking for and delete the rest.
