Busy Day

Yesterday was a very busy day for Vivre. First she got dragged to the feed store where she got to wander around the aisles and then sit and play tug while the owner finished checking everybody else out. She had no problems in a strange place or playing tug in a strange place, but she did approach and sniff the strange men cautiously. Then on to the barn. Lawnmowers don't faze her a bit. She approached Sharon, the trainers wife, sniffed and decided to be friendly. Then did her little guard dog routine when Erica showed up. Other than that she had a great time eating poop, hoof pieces and digging in the saw dust.

After sacking out for a bit, it was on to my parents house. Their cat is a lot less tolerant than mine. Just being another animal in her house is a killing offense. D.C (Disaster Cat) would swipe at Vivre, but she was too quick for her. At least until the cat decided to get her back end. Vivre actually surprised me when we got in their living room, by rushing straight up to my dad's chair, jumping all over him licking and wiggling. My mother only got one quick sniff before she was all over her as well.

Then she turned back in to the puppy I know and love. While chasing her ball she decided that my parent's curtains were a lot more fun tug on, which was followed by attempting to eat their carpet and their coffee table legs. Mom made the mistake of trying to fold clothes with Vivre in the house. After taking her to the back yard and having her chase me around, we went back inside just as amped up as before.

She slept on the car ride home, then was ready to go again. Vivre has two speeds, dead asleep or flat out flying.
